Spedra

Spedra (Avanafil) is used to treat male sexual function problems (impotence or erectile dysfunction-ED). In combination with sexual stimulation, avanafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and keep an erection.
Spedra is a new phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor that is faster acting and more selective than other drugs belonging to the same class. FDA approved on April 27, 2012.
